Mario Hoops 3 on 3
Just grabbed this game a few days ago (should be avail usual places or import if you have the cash), and here are my thoughts on it -
Pros:
*very easy to just pick up and play (more so the button controls but stylus play isn't too involved)
*wide selection of favorite characters
*looks surprisingly good
Con:
-team AI is non-existent, they will never pass/steal/shoot
-computer is cheap/cheats (makes a uncharged shot from almost under your basket)
-considering the variety and number of characters, no toad?!
Unfortunately those two cons are huge blows to what could have other wise been a fantastic game, with those it really becomes 1 on 3 and those three all work together, making for frustrating game play.
Score: 5/10 (maybe 6/10 if you really really love the generic ff characters they through in as unlockables)
